Adding appliance modules

I’ve been trying to add some HA04C modules to my Vera3 with no luck. I can’t find anything printed and when I try turning on and off while in “add device” mode they don’t get added. What am I doing wrong here? As usual the printed manuals are of little help.

Have you tried excluding (and then including) them?

How can exclude something that isn’t there? I just bought these

Any controller can exclude a device even if it was not on the network. Most devices are tested at the factory and there are times when the device is paired but never excluded. So if a device is causing issues when pairing, excluding it first can fix the pairing issues.

Ok, will try. To your knowledge is the pairing process for these simply turning them on and off?

Yes. The GE's on the other hand have to be pressed hard/just right through the rubber to toggle the switch.
