Instead of creating mutiple reactors would it be possible to add some only if variables and groups to activities?
This way if one wanted lights white and full brightness from sunset -11pm one could have this set only if in activities and a less bright setting for after 11pm -sunrise only if setting in activities and set as a second group

Activities and Conditions are going to get a big upgrade for 3.0, and functionality like this is included. I hope you’ll be a beta tester when that’s ready to see daylight.
