I have a Vera 2 U14 at a remore location that I can not access. It has worked very well until now. I Vera is reset daily but when I try to connect via Square Connect I get message “… The Active Server attribute is empty for unit xxxx” Cannot connect via CP.Mios either. Any ideas on what is the remedy for this? I will be at the location next week. thanks
