ACT HomePro Appliance Module - Move to Climate tab ?

Hi

I just added an ACT HomePro Appliance module to VeraLite, its added it under the Lights tab in the VeraLite web UI, this appliance module is connected to an electric fire so would like to move it to the Climate tab possible?

It is also possible to change the icon from a light bulb to a fireplace ?

This has been asked before. It is not possible to change the icon without modifying the underlining code of Vera.

OK thank you, that’s sucks if you can’t easily change icons. How about moving the device to the climate tab ?

It is possible by changing the category number. However this can break compatibility with 3rd party apps etc.

Thanks I change the category number from 3 to 5 and the appliance module (Fireplace) is now under the Climate tab ;D

Its a real shame you cant easily change the icons though, I would have thought that was a basic requirement by most users ?
I now have a light bulb for my fireplace, in mControl my old system I had a fireplace icon for it!
