3rd time "TRANSMISSION FAILED" message

hello all

this my third time i see this message “TRANSMISSION FAILED”

  • the first time, it appeared suddenly one day, what i have done is that i have removed all my devices and re added them
  • second time, tried to heal the network, when the heal was finished, i lost connection to all my devices, i removed and added all devices again.
  • third time, in was trying to add a Aeon Lab minimote, the first time the adding was failed, so i tried to added it many times and removed it then the lastly added it. After that i tried to TURN ON MY LIGHTS but I COULDn’t :frowning:

please don’t tell me to open a ticket because MCV will answer me after 3 days at least with an email that i should “enable it” although i am already enabled it! :frowning:

if you have extra security on you will need to login to the vera first before remotes work ok.
also some scene button functionality seems not to work. i have read that this duwi remote and scenes buttons dont work on this. maybe this aeon remote has the same issues.
