2gig CT100 not behaving

I’ve had this thermostat on the network for almost a year. A couple weeks ago it started behaving wonky. I think it might’ve been after a firmware update.

It’s just all over the place. I’ll set the temp to 80 and it’ll stay on even though it’s 76. The temp on the unit doesn’t match the set temp in vera. Sometimes the only way to get it to turn off is to set it to Off mode completely.

i already replaced the batteries. Do I have to disconnect/reconnect it from the network? Is there some other trick to get it back to normal?

I have 3 2gig thermostats and they are working as expected. Did you try to poll the thermostats so that vera and 2gig can synchronize?

It polls just fine. I just reset the unit. It doesn’t accept the target temp. In vera I set the temp to 79 and it stays at 84 for the target temp on the unit. But I can turn the fan on and off.
