240 Power Management?

We have High Bay Lights, is there any power management for 240 service?

At 400 watts per and having 16 of these lights in our warehouse I’m sure there is cost savings to be had with better management/controls. Any ideas?

The problem with that sort of lighting is they take several minutes to come up to brightness, that makes it difficult to turn them out when not needed for short periods.

Is there any natural light in the warehouse as well, can you shut them off on a sunny day?

On/off control through a contactor? E.g., Intermatic CA3750.

There is no windows/natural light. Looked at some LED options but it doesn’t seem to be there yet.

I like the controller, but can you hook motion detector to it? So if I had some faster starting lights (like LED) could it trip by motion and then turn on that isles lights for set amount of time?

There are plenty of motion sensors that will trigger lights without needing z-wave

The trouble is warmup time of lights and whether people will be happy with lights going out

Keeping one light on so there is dim light all over and the working ones coming on when people are around is a compromise

Head torches for your staff would be cheaper of course:)
