Can I setup 2 VERA2 in one network which one VERA2 is primary and another VERA2 is secondary? I want to have one VERA2 on each floor of two-storey house.

Bridging is between multiple primary controllers, i.e. multiple, separated Z-Wave networks, correct?

Does one of the Veras must really be secondary? Or any setup with two Veras could work as well?

Any setup would be fine as my objective is to make the z-wave network be more reliable.

There are no limitations on importing other MIOS systemsActually there are limitations. The RAM of the importing controller.
